Invoicing in GBP Sterling

It is now possible to transfer payments to our new GBP account without additional fees. Unlike our previous setup, payments to our account are treated as a local/domestic transfer, which means no extra international transfer fees are applied.

Invoices remain in EUR, payment can be made in GBP
Our invoices will continue to be issued in EUR. For payment purposes, you may use the total GBP amount shown on the invoice. This GBP amount is calculated using the monthly exchange rate published by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

Important change: discontinuation of the online payment link
From 1 May 2026, the online payment link (via Mollie.com) will no longer be included for payment on account, and we will only accept bank transfers (GBP or EUR). The payment link results in high processing costs for payments made from outside the EU.

Why we are making this change
When we first implemented GBP payments via our previous GBP account (held with a Dutch bank), we were not aware that this could still result in additional bank charges for some customers. After receiving your feedback, we looked into why this happened and explored alternatives.
