Chest freezer seal

Picture

A (chest) freezer has a gasket that is especially designed to keep the generated cold air in the freezer compartment. A damaged, broken or torn freezer seal will lead to frost building because warm moist air will enter the freezer. In order to ensure that products are kept at the required conditions the freezer seal must be fit creating an air tight seal. A damaged freezer seal will drive-up your energy bill and cause the cooling compressor to ware more quickly.

Retail display freezers or freezer islands with sliding glass lids usually also have a silicone or rubber seal. Please contact our sales office for the various options we have for replacing sliding glass lid rubber seals.
